· The text with the colour and font you want (if colour is not supplied the default we use will be black)(please make sure spelling is correct when it is sent if it is sent to us to us incorrectly no refunds will be issued)

Your order will begin to be processed as soon as the order is made. If any mistakes are made by the customer (eg. you realize you have sent an incorrect image on accident), I ask that the customer please messages me ASAP to amend the order. If I do not hear from you after the order has been placed, I will assume all images sent are the required images to be printed. Once your slate is marked as dispatched, no refunds will be given. To correct your mistakes after dispatch, a further purchase will be required. If any errors are made at the fault of the creator, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible - please message me to resole this should this occur.
